The good news for Seru absorption is that NO Seru are permanently missable they all appear in Bio-Castle at 元. We just have to pick up a lot of stuff and absorb all the Seru on all characters. All the stuff I wrote about tips and tricks for any% continues to hold true in this category. This is a long run, and not for the faint-of-heart. I highly suggest starting off with any% or any% no slots. First, to the poor soul who got suckered in to running this category, you have my sympathies.
